We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Document Controller with over 10 years of specialized experience in the oil & gas sector, preferably with ADNOC projects. The role involves managing all project documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting piping and shutdown activities for long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain document control procedures aligned with ADNOC standards.
Manage and oversee all project documents, drawings, specifications, and technical files related to piping, shutdowns, and long-term operations.
Ensure proper version control, filing, and distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to facilitate document flow and approval processes.
Monitor document submission deadlines and ensure timely updates and completion.
Maintain a comprehensive document register and tracking system.
Conduct regular audits of document control processes to ensure compliance with ADNOC and industry standards.
Assist in training project personnel on document management procedures.
Support document review and approval cycles, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in document control within the oil & gas industry.
Proven experience working on ADNOC projects is highly preferred.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Certification in Document Management Systems or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of piping, shutdown procedures, and long-term project documentation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
