We are seeking a highly experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in Piping and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) within ADNOC Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidate will oversee construction, commissioning, and shutdown activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, technical specifications, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate piping and E&I installation, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.
Ensure all work complies with ADNOC standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Plan and monitor site activities, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineering, safety, procurement, and construction teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits.
Manage site documentation, including progress reports, inspection logs, and safety records.
Support shutdown and turnaround activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum safety.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to piping and E&I systems.
Lead and mentor site personnel, subcontractors, and technicians.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
Participate in site meetings, progress reviews, and coordination with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
10+ years of hands-on experience in piping, electrical, and instrumentation within oil & gas projects.
Proven experience working with ADNOC standards and procedures.
Extensive knowledge of piping systems, shutdowns, and E&I activities.
Strong understanding of safety protocols, risk assessments, and quality control.
Experience in managing large-scale shutdowns and plant turnarounds.
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
