The Senior Supervisor – E&I is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical and instrumentation activities during plant operations, shutdowns, and maintenance activities in an oil & gas environment. Ensures safe, reliable, and efficient execution of E&I work in compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise all electrical and instrumentation activities during plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor E&I tasks ensuring timely and safe execution.
Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work procedures related to E&I systems.
Lead and mentor a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with other departments such as Mechanical, Civil, and Operations to facilitate smooth workflow.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure work quality and safety measures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues during shutdowns and routine operations.
Prepare work reports, documentation, and closeout activities post-completion.
Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory for E&I activities.
Participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 12+ years of experience in E&I supervision within the oil & gas industry.
Proven track record with ADNOC projects or similar organizations.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, or equivalent.
Extensive knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, shutdown procedures, and maintenance practices.
Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures such as HSE, PTW (Permit to Work), and risk management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex technical challenges.
