We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Administrator to oversee and coordinate administrative functions on oil & gas sites, specifically within ADNOC projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive site administration experience, particularly in piping and shutdown operations, ensuring smooth project execution, compliance with safety standards, and effective document control. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to support site activities long-term.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all site administration activities, including documentation, reporting, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate and organized records of project documents, drawings, permits, and safety reports.
Support shutdown and piping activities through efficient documentation and logistics coordination.
Liaise with project teams, contractors, and site personnel to facilitate smooth communication and information flow.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Oversee the implementation of document control procedures and management systems.
Arrange site meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely submission of reports and documentation.
Assist in procurement activities, including tracking purchase orders and supplies.
Support HR functions related to site staff, including attendance, leave, and onboarding documentation.
Facilitate compliance with site safety protocols and conduct safety inductions as required.
Provide administrative support for site activities, including logistics, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of site administration experience in oil & gas projects.
Proven experience working on ADNOC projects or similar oil & gas facilities.
Strong knowledge of piping and shutdown procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
Good understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Leadership qualities with capability to coordinate diverse teams.
