Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce health and safety policies
Conduct safety audits and risk assessments on-site
Promote safety awareness and conduct training sessions
Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
Maintain safety records and prepare reports
Coordinate emergency response procedures
Requirements:
Relevant safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
Proven experience in safety management, preferably in construction or industrial sectors
Knowledge of local safety laws and international standards
Strong observational and communication skills
Proactive approach to safety enforcement
