GCC experience in Oil & Gas construction industry is mandatory
Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
Proven experience in implementing safety protocols and conducting safety audits
Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards within Oil & Gas projects
Excellent communication, training, and incident management skills
Immediate availability preferred
