Responsibilities:
Prepare, update, and monitor civil construction cost estimates and budgets.
Track project expenditures and analyze cost variances.
Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts.
Review and process civil subcontractor invoices and procurement costs.
Collaborate with civil engineering and project management teams to ensure financial efficiency.
Manage change orders and evaluate their cost implications.
Maintain accurate documentation of all cost control activities and data.
Support project planning and scheduling activities from a cost perspective.
Ensure compliance with contractual and financial standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil cost control for large-scale construction projects.
Proficiency in cost control software and project management tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in UAE or GCC markets preferred.
