Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Investigate accidents and incidents; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses.
Coordinate safety training and awareness programs for staff.
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and standards.
Maintain safety documentation and records.
Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Valid UAE HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
