Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review procurement plans and schedules.
Source and select suppliers, negotiate prices, and contract terms.
Issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers.
Expedite procurement processes to meet project timelines.
Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
Ensure procurement activities comply with project specifications and standards.
Manage documentation including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure material delivery and availability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
5 years UAE experience in procurement for fit-out or interior projects.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office.
Familiarity with UAE procurement regulations and standards.
