Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all fit-out work complies with design specifications, blueprints, and project plans.
• Act as a central point of contact, coordinating the activities of subcontractors, internal teams, and suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Track material deliveries and manage equipment usage to prevent delays.
• Address and resolve technical issues, supply chain problems, and any other problems that arise during site development.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, maintenance, and completed works.
• Participate in project site meetings for micro-level planning and to address on-site issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience and technical understanding in the fit-out and joinery industry.
• Strong ability to coordinate diverse teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and site staff.
• The capacity to identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, resources, and documentation.
• Practical experience in inspecting site work and ensuring quality control.
• Manage third-party contractors to deliver work within scope.
• Knowledge of drawings and implementation to site.
