We are a reputed construction company in Bahrain, urgently seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects and tender department operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.).
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.
Work closely with project managers, planning, and procurement teams.
Maintain updated cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation (preferably in Bahrain/GCC).
Proven experience in Bahrain Tender Board processes and government tenders.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (Candy / CCS preferred).
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
