We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Environmental Manager to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in environmental management, compliance, and sustainability initiatives, with strong leadership and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor environmental policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.
• Lead environmental awareness and training sessions for staff.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental management or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain’s environmental laws and international environmental standards (ISO 14001, ESG frameworks).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
