-Qualifications and Experience Required:

•Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field).
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in the petrochemical, recycling, or manufacturing sectors (either in distribution or production).

- Required Skills and Knowledge:

•Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective customer relationships.
•Good knowledge of plastic materials and the recycling industry.
•Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close business deals.
•Proficiency in preparing commercial offers and delivering presentations to clients.
•Fluency in English (spoken and written).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Key Responsibilities:

•Sell recycling and manufacturing products and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
•Manage existing customer accounts and develop new relationships through regular field visits and a structured daily schedule.
•Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations in line with company strategy.
•Study and analyze the market and current/potential clients to identify sales opportunities.
•Follow up on orders and customers, and provide regular reports to management such as visit logs, work plans, and performance analyses.
•Monitor the market and competitors regarding pricing, products, and new offers.
•Suggest product or service improvements based on market feedback.
•Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
•Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending specialized courses and reading industry publications.
•Contribute to achieving team targets and support related initiatives when needed.
