Overview:
GI Properties is expanding its Dubai team and is looking for driven Property Consultants with at least one year of UAE experience to join an award-winning brokerage. This role is ideal for sales-focused agents who want access to premium developer projects, strong lead flow, and a commission structure that rewards performance.

Who You Are / Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE (sales or leasing).
• Proven Results: demonstrated success in closing property deals or achieving rentals/sales targets.
• Skills: excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
• Tech-Savvy: comfortable using CRM platforms and online property portals.
• Attitude: self-motivated, goal-oriented and a collaborative team player.
• Languages: fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
