The Site Engineer oversees construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities on-site.
Site Management: Monitor daily site operations, ensuring safety protocols and procedures are followed.
Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets design specifications, standards, and quality.
Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and prepare reports for management.
Material Management: Oversee procurement, delivery, and utilization of construction materials.
Technical Support: Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and legal requirements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspections, and work progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
