Customer Service Executive (CRM)
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Effectively handle customer queries via various channels (e.g., phone, email).
• Manage and process customer service bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Provide timely and informative responses to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate channels.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements :
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in handling customer queries and service bookings.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
