Automotive Sales Executive

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive trends, products, and competitor offerings.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Complete all necessary sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the automotive sales process.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong work ethic and a results-oriented attitude.
