Project Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Contribute to the resolution of technical issues and challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Track and manage project-related documents, including correspondence, approvals, and permits.
• Support the procurement process, including the evaluation of bids and selection of suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to effective decision-making.
Requirements :
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
