Marketing Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, public relations, and events.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Oversee the creation and management of engaging and high-quality marketing content.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry partners, and internal departments.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Identify and explore new marketing channels and technologies to enhance reach and engagement.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support sales efforts.
Requirements :
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and cultural nuances.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
