We are seeking a Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to spearhead our end-to-end hiring procedures. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Arabic and English, adept at conducting interviews, and skilled in maintaining a robust candidate database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and cultivate a diverse pool of potential candidates.
- Manage an active database to fulfill present and future staffing needs promptly.
- Utilize internal systems for efficient candidate tracking, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Meet KPIs by preparing a minimum of 50 new, deployable candidates monthly, with incremental growth targets.
Requirements:
- Female candidates of all nationalities are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Strong communication, organizational, and deadline-driven skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools is advantageous.
