Minimum Experience
* 10 – 15 years experience in Oil & Gas industry
* 5 years as managerial or supervisory role

Minimum Qualification


· Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

·  Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems

Job Description

Payroll Management

Supervise payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update payroll systems and employee compensation records
Preparation of Payroll including pensions and EOSB of employees and submission of report to management
Ensure compliance with UAE Laws & regulations
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve errors
Collaborate with finance for audits and budget planning

 

Personnel Affairs

Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance
Manage personnel files, contracts, and documentation in line with legal requirements
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies
Coordinate with HR on recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee data

Skills:
·     Familiarity with labour laws and tax regulations
·     Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
·     Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
·     Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration

·     Excellent organizational and communication skills
