Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to schedule shipments.
Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency.
Track and update shipment status; handle delays or issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and related documentation.
Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, etc.).
Monitor and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, warehouse) to align logistics with business needs.
Ensure compliance with customs, import/export, and safety regulations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints regarding delivery or shipment issues.
Generate regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and service level
