Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure best prices, quality, and terms.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on a regular basis.
• Manage contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to meet their needs.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Lead and develop the procurement team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
