Position Overview:
Ercon Middle East Al Saudi Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, supporting tendering processes, and ensuring competitive and technically compliant proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare cost estimates for MEP works.
• Analyze project requirements and determine quantities, material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost breakdowns, and tender documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing.
• Provide value engineering proposals and cost-saving alternatives.
• Support management in negotiations and bid submissions.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in MEP estimation within contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
