Overview:
An experienced Lead RPA Developer – UiPath to design, develop, and optimize robotic process
automation (RPA) solutions. The role involves driving automation initiatives, ensuring
scalability, and enabling process efficiency through UiPath technologies while working closely
with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using UiPath tools.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related
components.
• Build and implement reusable components and libraries to streamline development and ensure
scalability.
• Integrate UiPath bots with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Conduct RPA awareness sessions, assessments, and discovery workshops to evaluate feasibility
and ROI.
• Optimize existing automation workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator including scheduling, logging, and monitoring bots.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth
operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate automation outcomes.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams for sustainability of automation
initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development/automation, with proven expertise in UiPath RPA.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Experience in process assessment, ROI calculation, and automation strategy.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, VB, Python, or SQL is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• UiPath certification(s) preferred (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, UiPath Orchestrator).
