As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help create a positive impression and ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the reservation system.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and promptly.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Process payments, billing, and invoicing accurately.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
Follow all safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff.
Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, reporting, and data entry as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in front desk software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
