Procurement Assistant (Arabic Speaker)
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement of civil/construction materials and services.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and contracts.
• Track delivery schedules and inventory to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and project specifications.
• Support cost control and maintain accurate procurement records.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in civil/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
