Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Assist users with software applications and system updates.
Monitor system performance and security.
Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and upgrades.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with common office software and collaboration tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
