Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Commis or similar role in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Relevant culinary certification or apprenticeship is preferred.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
