Responsibilities :
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Provide information about our services and promotions
• Schedule and confirm client appointments
• Address client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements :
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or wellness
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into appointments
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
