Real Estate Sales Consultant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and assist real estate developers sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine client’s needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes consult clients on market conditions prices mortgages legal requirements and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
• Prepare necessary paperwork contracts leases deeds closing statements etc. when required
• Maintain and update listings of available properties Promote sales through advertisements open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Creating lists for real estate sale properties with information on location features square footage etc Showing properties to potential buyers and renters
• Presenting purchase offers to sellers Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
• Excellent interpersonal skills Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
Education & Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor s degree in marketing promotions advertising sales or business administration preferred 2 to 3 years of industry sales experience a plus Familiarity with office software and phone systems
• Proven track of successful sales record Ability to work independently MS Office familiarity Good knowledge of the local property
