Property Consultant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and manage client relationships through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Advise clients on property options, pricing, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends, communities, and competitor activities in Abu Dhabi.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
• Proven real estate sales experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market, trends, and communities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
