We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Primary Computer Science Teacher to inspire and educate young learners in the fundamentals of computer science and digital literacy. The ideal candidate will create engaging lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver age-appropriate computer science lessons to primary school students.
Introduce students to basic programming, digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, and responsible use of technology.
Integrate educational technology tools and resources into daily teaching practices.
Design and assess student projects and assignments to monitor progress.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and collaboration.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate computer science into the broader curriculum.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in computer science education.
Organize extracurricular activities, coding clubs, or workshops to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification/license preferred.
Prior experience teaching primary or elementary students in computer science or related subjects.
Knowledge of educational software, coding languages suitable for children (e.g., Scratch, Python, Blockly), and digital tools.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for fostering young learners’ interest in technology.
