Ads (Performance Marketing) Specialist
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Desired Candidate Profile :
• 5+ years of experience in managing paid digital ads (healthcare, beauty, or cosmetic industry experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and Twitter Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking for performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Experience running lead generation campaigns for high-ticket services.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising and AI-driven ad automation.
