Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for Heat exchanger coils, tube processing and corrosion protection coating applications.
• Design and implement jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support efficient, high-quality production.
• Plan and revise plant layouts for improved workflow, space utilization, and safety.
• Create and maintain accurate routing and process documentation in ERP systems.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) projects.
• Apply knowledge of basic machining operations for process and tool development.
• Support evaluation and integration of collaborative robots (cobots) in manufacturing processes.
• Train and guide production personnel on processes, equipment, and safety practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success and continuous

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing (preferably HVAC or related).
• Hands-on experience in coil manufacturing, surface coatings, and tube processing.
• Basic knowledge of tooling, cobot applications, machining, and plant layout design.
• Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), VSM, and training shop-floor personnel.
