Real Estate Listing Coordinator

Job Location : United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities :

• Create and manage property listings on various real estate platforms, ensuring accuracy and high-quality presentation.
• Gather and verify all property details, including descriptions, pricing, photos, and virtual tours.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams to obtain necessary information and approvals.
• Ensure that all listings comply with company standards and platform requirements.
• Regularly update listings to reflect changes in availability, pricing, or property details.
• Respond to inquiries from potential buyers or tenants in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance listing visibility and lead generation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Strong familiarity with Dubizzle, Property Finder, and Bayut.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing tools and latest digital trends are a plus.
