Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and organize important documents, reports, and presentations
Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and follow-up actions
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Support other administrative functions as required
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office and administrative tools
Professional demeanor, dependable, and discreet
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
