Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors
Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms
Manage procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
Maintain records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance
Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure product standards
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 7 years of procurement experience in the Food & Beverage sector
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and supplier management abilities
Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
