Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in Food & Beverage or related sector
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Results-driven with a proactive approach
