Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support training and development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in UAE.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
