Housekeeping Order Taker
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Handle incoming housekeeping calls and requests from guests and colleagues.
• Log, coordinate, and dispatch tasks to housekeeping team members efficiently.
• Ensure timely follow-up and completion of guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping activities.
• Support the Housekeeping team in delivering flawless service standards.
Qualifications :
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Opera.
• Positive attitude and passion for guest service.
