We're hiring on behalf of a healthcare client in Abu Dhabi for a hands-on and organized HR Executive / Officer to support back-office HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
Role Highlights:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding and induction.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and centralized databases.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration, coordinating with finance or payroll providers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities.
• Prepare HR metrics and management reports to inform leadership decisions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, with proven exposure to healthcare HR preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with UAE labour regulations and basic payroll/benefits processes is desirable.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
