Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front-of-house staff, including waiters and hosts.
Ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and evaluate restaurant staff.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Monitor and control restaurant operations costs and inventory.
Support management in implementing service standards and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
