Business Development Executive

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in freight forwarding (Air and Sea).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and establish strong, long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs, negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of logistics operations and delivery schedules.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales (Air and Sea).
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and freight industry products and services.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
• Open to all genders, nationalities, and candidates below 45 years of age.
