Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Resolve technical and logistical issues promptly.
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in site supervision for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and project management practices.
Availability: Immediate or short notice.
