Role Overview
As a Crew Member within the Soft Services Unit – Field Operations Division, you will play a frontline role in delivering exceptional cleaning, housekeeping, and support services across client sites. Your contribution ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with SMG’s standards as part of the Buxley group.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping tasks across offices, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
Manage waste collection, segregation, and disposal in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Assist with hospitality services, such as meeting room setup, supply replenishment, and maintaining facility appearance.
Operate cleaning tools, equipment, and materials safely and responsibly.
Adhere to SMG and Buxley’s quality, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Promptly report maintenance issues, hazards, or incidents to supervisors.
Support special cleaning assignments (fa?ade cleaning, deep cleaning, event setups).
Collaborate with team members to meet operational and performance targets in the Field Operations Division.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in soft services, cleaning, or facilities management is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical stamina and ability to carry out hands-on operational tasks.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours as required.
