We are hiring a Male Filipino Cleaner / Tea Boy with a valid Iqama for our operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role combines general cleaning duties with beverage service and basic office support.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Maintenance
Perform daily cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
Sanitize restrooms, office spaces, and public/common areas.
Collect and dispose of waste properly.
Ensure all assigned areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
Report any damages or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Tea & Beverage Service

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors.
Ensure pantry/kitchen areas are stocked with beverages and consumables.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen appliances.
Assist with meeting room arrangements and refreshment setups.

General Support

Assist with small errands within the premises as required.
Maintain good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

Valid Iqama is mandatory.
Must be Filipino nationality.
Experience in cleaning (residential, commercial, or office) is preferred.
Experience in tea/coffee service or office boy duties is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
Basic understanding of English or Arabic is a plus.
Willing to work flexible hours if required.
