Barakat Group is looking for a young and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead key initiatives across Organizational Development, Learning & Development, BUHR activities, and Talent Acquisition. Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred and should be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs:
– Drive and implement Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
– Design and conduct impactful training programs to build capability across teams.
– Lead Talent Management and succession planning strategies.
– Support Business Unit HR activities to align people strategies with business goals.
– Manage Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Selection Criteria:
– MBA in HR/Business Administration with 10+ years of HR experience in the FMCG industry.
– Proven expertise in OD, L&D, and HR strategy execution.
– Strong command of Advanced Excel & PowerPoint for data-driven HR solutions.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
