Woodlem Education is seeking dedicated and proactive HR Officers to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in school administration and HR, who can manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and school regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities including final settlement processing
• Coordinate visa and labor card processes
• Handle KHDA documentation and ensure school regulatory compliance
• Oversee staff attendance and generate payroll accurately
• Maintain HRMS/ERP data and support performance appraisal processes
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and staff well-being initiatives
• Administer leave, benefits, and training coordination
• Draft HR policies, official letters, and internal communications
• Ensure overall compliance with UAE labor laws and school policies
