We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to assist in financial record keeping, processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting principles and be eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist in payroll processing and expense management.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
Assist with audit preparations and internal controls.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Prior internship or entry-level experience is a plus.
